Madeleine Ladore: Cello (An evening of neoclassical music)

Madeleine Ladore : Cello

An evening of neoclassical music

Madeleine Ladore, a French cellist and composer now living in Philadelphia, is a unique artist who creates her music exclusively on the cello. She uses multi-tracking and extended cello techniques to generate a rich range of sounds and textures in a neoclassical, cinematic style. She first gained recognition with her cello covers of popular songs and soundtracks, and in February 2024, she released her debut EP, titled “Lift the leaves”, featuring five original compositions. Her music is both stirring and intimate, filled with rich harmonies and captivating melodies. With no lyrics, each of her tracks unfolds as an emotional journey with which everyone can identify.

Along her own compositions, she will be performing her cello arrangements of her favorite French songs: embark on a tour de France and be ready for an emotional and uplifting journey!
