"Cultural events at Alliance Française de Philadelphie are enriching, while French classes provide an excellent way of using and improving  one's practical knowledge of the French language.

The staff is dedicated and I think the Alliance serves an important purpose regionally, nationally, and internationally.  I have the highest regard for the Alliance Française de Philadelphie.

To sum up: It's enjoyable!"

"I really like the classes and j'aime beaucoup les professeurs: Julie et Madame Coval! I also like that you have a nice library there and I can read french magazines and books while waiting for my daughter. Your location in the middle of everything is also very nice and convenient. But what makes me very happy is again the gain and the growth in my French as well as my 6 years old daughter delight in learning French with the help of your excellent teachers!"

"My wife and I view the Alliance Francaise de Philadelphie as an important resource of French culture, and in addition it has helped me spread my French culture as a painter because I've had exhibits of my paintings at the alliance, as well as other assistance."

"My best experience with the Alliance Française de Philadelphie is to know that they are always exploring new paths that will enrich our understanding of the French culture and how to communicate better. As I always say, if you are interested, you will find the way!"

"Alliance Francaise de Philadelphie is a great cultural institution in Philadelphia. It is a warm and friendly place, always welcoming and inspiring. They have great teachers, quite knowlegeable and generous with their time.
The Alliance has a great director who is always available to assist and accommodate you. Also it has many extra curricular activities which are great for introducing the French culture to their students."

"My membership in Alliance Française  de Philadelphie changed my life! I initially became a member after enrolling in several basic level language courses that prepared me well for a brief vacation trip to the Midi-Pyrénées, by myself. It was the first overseas vacation I had ever taken alone. I learned enough in the thoroughly enjoyable language classes to make me feel more confident in trying to communicate in French -- enough so that I had the courage to go to cafes and other places alone, and meet people whom I never would have met had I not had the basic language skills.
As fate had it, I entered a cafe and there I met a Frenchman who, several years later, was to become my future husband. Now, I am a permanent resident of France and live there several months of the year. When my husband and I are in the United States, we always feel welcomed by Alliance Française de Philadelphie. My husband, an artist, has exhibited at some of its events and as a result, he has found other artists and Francophones in this region. I've continued to benefit from the varied cultural and social events that Alliance offers.
I am looking forward to enrolling my grandson in the children's Saturday class next year. Alliance Française de Philadelphie has provided more and relevant programs and events that support the business community and enrich the lives of its members, culturally and socially. Vive l'Alliance Française de Philadelphie!
The cultural events are varied and interesting. The classes are fun and the learning system is effective. The staff has always been helpful and available to me.
